Order Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel an engagement before services have commenced, subject to written notice.
  • Once work has begun, cancellations will be subject to partial charges based on the work completed and resources allocated.
  • To cancel an engagement, please contact us as soon as possible with your engagement reference or invoice number.

Return Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Advance payment was made but services have not yet commenced.
  • Services provided were materially different from what was agreed in the engagement letter.
  • The request for refund is made within 7 days of engagement cancellation.

Return Process

  • Engagements cancelled after significant progress has been made

Termination of Engagement

  • Propitious Firm Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate an engagement if client information provided is false, incomplete, or unlawful.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
  • Any outstanding fees for work performed up to the date of termination remain payable.

Modifications to Policy
